Baffled Broken and Betrayed

Both the painting and the song express my heartbreak over what was once a great country. Donald Trump destroyed the America I love. The Republican party is peopled by thugs, ignorance is a disease among their followers, and the Christian Right is wrong.

Here are the lyrics to the song, which called for an American Country Western style.

I am publishing this post after the guilty verdict in Donald Trump’s felony trials in NY. It is wonderful to see the rule of law overcome the darkness – at least for today – that covers the United States.
